Built in 2011 the three cottages sit alongside the Grade II listed 17^th century Old Hall. Until 1917 it was a public house known originally as the Crooked Billet and latterly the Ship Ahoy (or Hoy) and which is now gateway to the 1,500 acre RSPB Old Hall Marshes bird reserve.   

Situated within 30 yards of the sea wall and Old Hall Creek the properties sit in an unrivalled location and will appeal to anyone with an appetite for the great outdoors.

The accommodation has been built to a very high standard and each unit can accommodate up to 4 to 5 people.
